Let's Talk About What's Been Weighing on You
Who I Work With
I work with individuals and couples in Delray Beach and across Florida and North Carolina.
Many of the people I see are dealing with anxiety that won’t switch off, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or the feeling of being on edge even when life looks fine from the outside. Together we work on calming your nervous system and changing the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can feel steadier in yourself and closer to the people you care about.
Sessions are available in person at my Delray Beach office or virtually throughout Florida and North Carolina.
Fees and Insurance
My practice is private pay, which means I don’t accept insurance. Working outside of insurance lets us focus on what you actually need, without a diagnosis being required to start or limits on how many sessions you can have. It also keeps your information more private.
Please reach out directly for my current hourly rates. I’m happy to walk you through fees and answer any questions before we begin. You can review the full Fee Agreement anytime.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under federal law, if you aren’t using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your care is expected to cost.
I’ll provide this in writing before your first session, and you can ask for one at any time. If you’re ever billed at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. You can learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.

Ready to Start?
Meaningful connection takes more than 15 minutes. Rather than offering brief consultation calls, I prefer to begin with a full first session, giving us the time and space to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for and how we might work together.
